 It is performed by Al Futtaim Integrated Project Series, which is classified as one of Majid Al Futtaim Properties Companies, and SAOTA, the South African-based company that received a large number of awards, contributed in forming the design process of the villas. To ensure an integrated job, Majid hired designer Kelly Hoppin to carry out the interior design of villa decorations.
