The Royal Atlantis Resort and Residences has transformed Dubai’s skyline. Located on the crescent of the Palm Jumeirah, the resort spans 63 hectares and features over 92 swimming pools, along with a 2 km long beach, the largest private beach in Dubai.
The hotel stands 43 stories tall and is located in the western wing, housing 795 guest rooms and suites. The eastern wing consists of 37 floors with private residences: 231 residential units, including two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom apartments, as well as Sky Courts, Penthouse Suites, and Garden Suites.
All residential units and hotel rooms offer views of the Palm Jumeirah or the Arabian Gulf, with many featuring private outdoor spaces including gardens with infinity pools.
The Royal Atlantis Resort and Residences offers world-class amenities. The structure features a bridge connecting the two wings with an infinity pool elevated 96 meters above the Palm Jumeirah. The architectural firm for the project is Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF) based in New York. Royal Atlantis is a masterpiece of architectural and design excellence, with contemporary living spaces reaching towards the Arabian sky, redefining urban living by blending indoor and outdoor spaces.
A standout feature of the building’s design is its double-curved façade, creating continually changing exterior views. Paris-based interior design firm, Spieil de Margi, known for its visionary and holistic approach, creates ideal environments designed for luxury and comfort. Spieil offers unique solutions, elegant finishes, and creative use of colors, focusing on imagination, innovation, and elegance, bringing a classic European touch to luxurious homes.
The Royal Atlantis Resort and Residences boasts 82 different floor plan options. Residents can choose from three different interior designs. In the bathrooms, colors and textures reflect a choice representing the changing light in Dubai at different times of the day: silver like sunrise, gold like midday, and rose gold like sunset.
